For this piece we kept things as easygoing as the beer itself. No big setups, no forced moments. We just let Eric talk the way he talks and let the brewery feel like it does on any regular day. Simple, honest, and in his own words. He talks about beer with this mix of intelligence and pride that makes you want to sit down and hear the whole story behind every pour.
We followed that energy. We paid attention to the little things. How people drift in and out. How Eric describes a new idea he is playing with. How the place has its own rhythm and everybody seems to fall into it without trying. It becomes pretty clear that the brewery is not only about what is in the glass. It is about the people around it.
What we ended up with is a small story about a small place that means a lot to the folks who walk through the door. Nothing fancy, just real. And that is enough.
